Hilton Garden Inn Jacksonville Airport

This was a last-minute trip, and I was extremely grateful for the level of professionalism Kimberly showed from check-out to check-in. She was amazing knowledgeable about the hotel, the surrounding area, and available accommodations. Because of her outstanding customer service and clear passion for her work, I will definitely continue returning to this hotel

So my flight was cancelled and to say the least I was super disappointed. I called reservations at Hilton garden inn because I wanted to be sure I could chill in a hot tub to decompress. Linda, who answered the phone was just absolutely phenomenal. She sent a van to come get me and take me to the hotel for free. She checked me in and was just amazing. After I checked in I went to the bar to get a bite and the bartender, Xio was unbelievably helpful. His service was exceptional. I bartend so I do not use that term lately. The accommodated me by letting me eat outside to make phone calls and not disturb other customers at the bar, got me extra coffee pods for the morning because my flight would leave so early coffee wouldn't be ready. I can't say enough about the service that I received at this hotel. Great job! Outstanding customer service!

This is my favorite hotel whenever I’m in Jacksonville, Florida. I usually come here for work when I have to work the NFL games for my airline and two years ago I practically lived at this hotel for six months. The staff here are amazing. They really make you feel like you’re at home. I love the people at the front desk. Everyone’s been so helpful so nice. It’s so heartwarming to know that it’s been two years since I’ve been here and as soon as I walked in, they remembered my face they remembered my name as if I never left, which honestly was very warming to hear. I feel very welcomed to hear and I love Jacksonville, Florida so next time I’m back for work I will definitely be booking this hotel. The rooms are very comfortable. The AC works amazing and this location is so close to literally everything.

Great rooms great service and great price! Location was perfect too. Was here for business so didn’t use the immunities but pool looked great.

Cortney at the front desk was wonderful (Cliff not so much). The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the restaurant is only open for lunch and dinner, and the prices are high. We found several restaurants within walking distance that were more reasonably priced. They have a free shuttle to and from the airport and the driver was very nice.

First impression is this was once a higher class hotel. Still retaining some of it's glory it was a great value for the price. Room was clean and the bed comfortable though a little squishy for my liking. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The one drawback was a subtle smell in the room... I thought someone had smoked in it and my wife thought an animal smell. Not terrible but noticable. The traffic patterns around this area may be confusing for non-locals. Had a restaurant with small bar that we did not try.

Clean room with comfortable bed and full breakfast! Front desk folks welcomed me kindly at late check in and helped me with checkout the next morning to get printed receipt for work reimbursement. Definitely staying here again!

Stayed one night on the way through Florida. Room was comfortable overall, though there was a noticeable stain near the window and the AC had a slight odor when turned on. Bathroom was fine but showed some wear, and the toilet pressure was very weak. We went to the bar for a nightcap and ordered a shot, but the bartender made a cocktail instead, which took longer than expected for an airport hotel. Still a solid choice for a quick overnight stay.
